Preorders & Shipping
Physical books and bundles are preorders with a release date to be determined. Payment is collected at checkout. Shipping will begin after the new release date is announced. Customers will receive an update when the schedule is available.
Current physical checkout is available for United States addresses. The $7.99 shipping charge is shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Limited Edition Availability
The complete numbered edition contains 100 bundles. One bundle is reserved as a gift, leaving 99 available for purchase. Stripe automatically stops accepting orders through that link after 99 completed sales. Only 12 of the full 100-bundle edition include a Golden Ticket; purchasing does not guarantee one.
Digital Downloads
Digital products become available after confirmed payment and are intended for the purchaser's personal household use. Files may not be shared, uploaded, resold, redistributed, or used commercially. Customers should save purchased files within 30 days.
Returns, Refunds & Order Problems
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, digital purchases are generally not returnable after access, except where required by law. For physical preorder cancellation requests, damaged packages, missing items, duplicate charges, or incorrect orders, contact the village promptly. Each request will be reviewed based on its circumstances and applicable law.
Privacy & Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. This website does not store complete payment-card details. Information submitted through checkout or website forms is used to process orders, provide requested updates, personalize included goodies, prevent fraud, and answer customer questions. Information is not sold.

Parent & Guardian Accounts
Optional website accounts are for parents and guardians age 18 or older. The account service stores the adult’s name and email and securely manages sign-in credentials. Berry Blossom Village stores the Playhouse activities and Berry Badges the adult chooses to sync so they can remain available across devices.
The account does not create a child profile and does not ask a child to sign in. Children’s names, ages, genders, birthdays, addresses, and messages are not part of the saved Playhouse account data. To ask about an account or request deletion, contact berryblossomvillage@gmail.com from the account email.
Scratch Garden Promotion Privacy
The Berry Lucky Scratch Garden is intended only for adults age 18 or older. The adult first name and email submitted are used to administer one free daily entry while tickets remain, prevent duplicate same-day entries, record the result, contact potential winners, and deliver prizes. Children should not enter or submit personal information.
A shipping address is requested only from a verified physical-prize winner after winning and is used only to mail the prize. Mail Club enrollment is optional, separate, and does not affect the chance of winning. Entry information is not sold. Final retention and deletion timing will be added before the promotion opens.

Berry Blossom Village™, its books, characters, artwork, downloads, and related materials are protected creative works. Buying a product does not transfer copyright or permission to reproduce it beyond the personal-use printing allowed for purchased digital products.
